LIVING FOR HIM

It has been way to long since I have shared with you all!! Well tomorrow is Clint Dallas and I two year wedding Anniversary.  We have had an amazing journey, especially this past year. God is doing a work in us that is breath taking. Back in May we were layed off and at a new low...I knew that my faith had to step it up even more and my husband realized for the first time that his plan was not working and it was time for him to give God's plan the driver seat!!

We went May and most of June with very little to no income. The bills never stopped however. But surrendering to the Father only paid off. He began to show us both what can happen when we put our faith in HIM. Provision after provisions were met daily. And then on June 27,2010 (the day after my 37th B'day) we went to a church that I know the Holy Spirit was telling me we needed to attend...Santa Fe Christian Church in Santa Fe, TX. and have been there ever since!!! PTL!! <>< The work picked back up and at the end of August Clint was given a new job with a blessed increase in income. It is true what has been taught to us all these years when we have faith and surrender to Him the Blessings come in abundance.

So, we now have a new church family that we have grown to love more and more every week. We are doing our very best to walk daily with the Lord by reading the Word and praying faithfully about EVERYTHING!! Tithing monthly for the first time in our marriage regardless of if we can actually "afford" it or not. We as a family have a new focus on life on earth. Living for HIM!! Meaning that our life is no longer our own, It belongs to CHRIST!!! <><

~Until next time here is a verse to ponder on: ... Philippians 4:6-7 "Don't worry about anything; instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which extends anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."  Amen<><
